Children from 4 years old.
The objective of these January 2010 workships is to go into the temporary exhibition “A Historia de Galicia” through some recreational and creative activities. At the same time we will try to bring historical and cultural contents to children so that they will go on discovering and learning. Workships are, as always, participative and active. We will travel through time, with specific workshops and recreational activities: manual works, recreation of representative icons of each historical time, games, theater activities, etc.
Sunday 3 : trip to Prehistory
General presentation of the project. Visit to the exhibition. We will make our own passport to travel through time. We will go into the Castreña culture, the Megalitismo, the Celtismo...
Sunday 10 : trip to Antiquity
We will study the Roman historic age, the Priscilianismo, the Suevos people...
Sunday 17 : trip to the Middle Ages
During this session, we will know the Galician-Portuguese poetry, Way of St. James, the Kingdom partition and Portugal's birth, the Revuelta Irmandiña...
